PhD Candidate, Director of the Davit Batonishvili Law Institute;, TSU Faculty of Law, he is Assistant Professor at the Eastern Europe Educational University, invited lecturer at the International Black Sea University, invited lecturer at the TSU Faculty of Law,  Head of staff of the TSU Representative Council and Editor-in-chief of the law journal Sarchevi. He was Secretary General and later Vice-President of the European Law Students Association Georgia (ELSA Georgia) and President of the Georgian Young Scientists Society.  H is the author of three books, nine articles and a scientific brochure.
